Affiliate Program Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using https://legallegendsindonesia.com (the “Service”) operated by Legal Legends Indonesia (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us the accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Legal Legends Indonesia and its licensors.

If a client purchases a Visa B211 via your affiliate link, you will receive a fee of 200.000 IDR.

If a client books a consultation via your affiliate link and purchases any KITAS, you will receive a fee of 600.000 IDR.

If a client books a consultation via your affiliate link and opens a company PMA, you will receive a fee of 1.000.000 IDR.

In order to withdraw your earnings from our affiliate program, you must submit a payment request no later than the 25th of each month. The minimum withdrawal amount is 2.000.000 IDR. Payments will be transferred to your designated bank account during the first week of the following month. Please note that all applicable transaction fees and commissions are your responsibility and will be deducted from your total earnings.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

The laws of Indonesia shall govern these Terms without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any of these Terms shall not be deemed as a waiver of our rights. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements we had.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If the changes are material, we will provide a notice of at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined by us.

By continuing to use the Service after the revised terms take effect, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the new terms, please discontinue using the Service.
