Entertainment KITAS C312 is for those who work in the entertainment industry, such as models, film directors, film producers etc.

The sponsoring company must have the relevant business license.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

  • Job Position
  • Complete address in Indonesia
  • Copy of last 3 months’ bank statements
  • Photograph 3×4 with red background = 4 pieces
  • Copy of the Passport minimum validity of 18 months
  • Copy of the Graduation Certificate from the university or the highschool
  • CV (Curriculum Vitae)
  • Existing e-Visa
  • Current Visa
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations (fully vaccinated)
  • Statement letter (we have the draft, you just need to fill in the information and sign –click here)
  • Domicile letter from Banjar
  • You must reside in the same country as your sponsor
