Investor KITAS

Investor KITAS is for those who invest and/or are shareholders in a company.

The KITAS is valid for 5 years.

Every 1-2 years the visa will need to be extended. There is no need to leave the country to arrange the yearly extensions.

Important Notice: Please be aware that system errors, new visa regulations implemented by the Indonesian government, and other factors may lead to changes in visa processing times and rules for obtaining visas or entering the country. APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

  • Copy of the Passport and minimum validity of
    18 months for KITAS for 1 year and
    32 months for KITAS for 2 years
  • Photograph 3X4 with red background = 4 pieces
  • Existing e-Visa
  • Current Visa
  • Copy of last 3 months’ Bank Account Statement
  • Home address in Indonesia
  • Domicile letter from your Banjar
  • You must reside in the same country as the PMA you are investing in
  • SKTT (Surat Keterangan Tempat Tinggal) for extension of the KITAS

SPONSOR REQUIREMENTS

  • The deed of the company / Akta
  • A copy of your companion’s ID card (must be Balinese, it can be your friend or one of the company’s employees)
  • SK Menkeh
  • NIB
  • Letterhead
  • Stamp of the company (Physical stamp)
  • Balinese ID card/ local KTP
  • KTP/Passport Commissioner
  • KTP/Passport Director
  • SKTU
  • NPWP of company
  • Username and password for visa online if they have it
  • If they don’t have, add Bank Statement of the company (min 10.000 USD)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Copy of the Passport and minimum validity of 18 months for KITAS for 1 year and 32 months for KITAS for 2 years
  • Copy of last 3 months’ bank statements
  • Photograph 3X4 with red background = 4 pieces
  • Vaccination Card
  • Personal Insurance.
  • Complete address in Indonesia
  • Boarding pass from the flight to Indonesia
  • Statement letter (we have the draft, you just need to fill in the information and sign –click here).
  • Domicile letter (it is issued when the applicant is already in Indonesia)
  • SKTT (Surat Keterangan Tempat Tinggal) for extension of the KITAS
