OWN SPONSOR: To obtain a certain visa you need to have a sponsor. This sponsor must provide a list of very specific documents. Sponsoring a visa means that the company guarantees for you in the event of a problem in Indonesia and supports your application with the administrations.

Process
- Step 1: Submit the required documents for the creation of the C-9 visa.
- Step 2: Our team verifies your documents
- Step 3: Payment for the visa
- Step 4: Start the process once the payment is received. (5 working days excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Step 5: You receive your e-visa by WhatsApp or email. You have 90 days to arrive in the country
- Step 6: Arrival in Indonesia. You must present your e-visa upon arrival at immigration. Once you have passed immigration your visa is active.
- Step 7: We will send you a message for the extension of your visa
What is important to know
- This visa does not allow you to work and receive money in Indonesia
- This visa is only for training or tourism.
- You must be sponsored either by an Indonesian company or by our agency.
- Please inform us of your travel or exit plans to extend your visa in time.
- We can help you get this visa faster if you wish
- If you currently have a VOA it is not possible to convert it to a C-9.
- The visa is single entry; leaving the territory voids it.
- Extensions must be initiated 10 days before the visa expires.
- Extensions of 60 days are possible only.
- Your visa is valid throughout Indonesia
- If you overstay your visa, the penalty is IDR 1 million per day per person Immigration reserves the right to change regulations at any time.

- Photocopy of your passport (minimum 12 months)
- Last 3 bank statements in PDF format (minimum 2000 USD at the end of the month)
- Flight ticket (outbound, you do not need the return)
- Proof of enrollment or certificate as a participant in a short-term training program.
- Passport photo (selfie on white background with a t-shirt)
- Address in Indonesia
Price
14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- For a C9 visa sponsored by Legal Legends or another company the price is IDR 3,500,000 (includes 60 days validity)
5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- For a C9 visa sponsored by Legal Legends the price is IDR 4,500,000 (includes 60 days validity)
- For a C9 visa sponsored by an Indonesian company: IDR 4,000,000 (includes 60 days validity)
Extension:
- For a 60-day extension the price is IDR 1,900,000
