Process
- Step 1: Send the documents required for the creation.
- Step 2: Our team checks your documents
- Step 3: Payment of the Kitas
- Step 4: Launch the Process once the payment is received (30 days)
- Step 5: You receive the E-VISA by WhatsApp or email. You have 90 days to arrive in the territory. Beyond 90 days, the E-VISA will no longer be usable.
- Step 6: Arrive in Indonesia. You must show the e-visa upon arrival at immigration. Once you have passed immigration, the Kitas will be active for 6 months.
- Step 7: Once you arrive in Indonesia, you must submit your passport to the agency to finalize the Kitas process.
What is important to know
- This residence permit allows you to receive a salary in Indonesia as an independent person.
- To obtain this residence permit, you must be sponsored by our agency or by an Indonesian company with a specific license.
- It is valid for a maximum of 6 months.
- You can enter and leave the territory as you wish
- You must respect the region associated with your work permit
- You cannot sponsor your relatives with this Kitas
- If you exceed the validity date of the Kitas, the penalty is 1 million IDR per day and per person
- It is possible to convert a Kitas into another Kitas with the Bridge visa.
