ONSHORE: Apply for a visa while in Indonesia (deactivate through immigration)
OWN SPONSOR: To obtain a certain visa you need to have a sponsor. This sponsor must provide a list of very specific documents. Sponsoring a visa means that the company guarantees for you in the event of a problem in Indonesia and supports your application with the administrations.

Process
- Step 1: Send the documents required for creation.
- Step 2: Our team checks your documents
- Step 3: Payment of the Kitas
- Step 4: Start the process once the payment is received (5 working days excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Step 5: You receive the E-VISA by WhatsApp or email. You have 90 days to arrive in the territory. Beyond 90 days, the E-VISA will no longer be usable.
- Step 6: Arrive in Indonesia. You must show the e-visa upon arrival at immigration. Once you have passed immigration, the Kitas will be active for 1 year or 2 years
- Step 7: Once you arrive in Indonesia, you must bring the declaration of commitment to be completed within a maximum of 90 (ninety) days after the date of entry into Indonesia and bring your passport to the agency to finalize the Kitas process.
What do you need to know?
- This KITAS does not allow you to work and receive money in Indonesia. You cannot sell goods or services.
- We can convert a visa to a Family KITAS.
- You must be sponsored by either a spouse with a KITAS or an Indonesian spouse.
- Please inform us of your travel or exit plans to extend your KITAS on time.
- The KITAS is multiple entry. You can enter and exit the territory as you wish.
- If you have a Family KITAS sponsored by an Indonesian spouse, you can apply for a work permit.
- Extensions must be initiated 1 month before the end of the validity period.
- The validity period of your Family KITAS will be the same as your spouse’s KITAS.
- It is not possible to apply for a 2-year Family KITAS if your sponsor’s KITAS is only valid for 1 year.
- If you overstay your residence permit, the penalty is IDR 1 million per day per person.
- Immigration reserves the right to change regulations at any time.
- We cannot initiate the OFFSHORE creation process if you are in Indonesia.

Documents
- Valid passport of nationality with a minimum duration of 18 months.
- Bank statement of the last 3 months with a minimum balance of 2,000 USD at the end of the month (name, first name, PDF format)
- IDENTITY PHOTO
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Document proving that the foreigner previously had an Indonesian status, such as: identity card, family card, birth certificate, passport or certificate of title deed.
- Address in Indonesia
- Declaration of commitment to be completed within a maximum of 90 (ninety) days after the date of entry into Indonesia, such as:
- Purchase of Indonesian government bonds worth USD 15,000 or
- Purchase of shares of companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange worth USD 15,000 or
- Purchase of mutual funds in Indonesian companies worth USD 15,000 (fifteen thousand US dollars).
