Process
- Send the required documents

- Visa payment
- Process launch once payment is received. (5 working days excluding weekends and public holidays)
- You receive your e-visa by WhatsApp or email. You have 90 days to arrive in the country
- Arrive in Indonesia. You must show your e-visa when arriving at immigration. Once you have passed immigration your visa is active.
What is important to know
- This visa does not allow you to receive money in Indonesia or receive a salary.
- You must be sponsored by the company where you are doing your internship.
- The visa is a single entry visa; leaving the country cancels it.
- You can use a 180-day visa or a 60-day visa.
- You can extend 180 days for the 180-day visa once and 2 times for the 60-day visa.
- If you overstay your visa, the penalty is IDR 1 million per day per person.
- We can convert this visa to a work permit only if the sponsor is the same.
- We can assist your sponsor in providing the necessary documents.
- Immigration reserves the right to change the regulations at any time.
- If you currently have a VOA, it is not possible to convert it to a C22B.
- We cannot start the creation process if you are currently in Indonesia.

- Photocopy of your passport (minimum 12 months)
- Last 3 bank statements in PDF format (minimum 2000 USD at the end of the month)
- Plane ticket (outbound, you don’t need the return)
- Identity photo (selfie on white background with a t-shirt)
- Address in Indonesia
- Internship agreement

- The deed of the company / Akta SK Menkumham
- NIB
- Letterhead Stamp of the company (Physical stamp)
- Balinese ID card/ local KTP
- KTP/Passport Director
- SKTU
- NPWP of the company
- Username and password for visa online if they have it If they don’t have, add Bank Statement of the company, Min 10.000 USD (Only if you company does not have a Molina account)
