E31H – Parent Kitas

• Step 1: Send the required documents for creation. Step 2: Our team checks your documents
• Step 3: Payment of the Kitas
• Step 4: Start the process once the payment is received (5 working days excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Step 5: You receive the E-VISA by WhatsApp or email. You have 90 days to arrive in the territory. Beyond 90 days, the E-VISA will no longer be usable.
• Step 6: Arrive in Indonesia. You must show the e-visa upon arrival at immigration. Once you have passed immigration, the Kitas will be active for 1 year.

• ⁠This Kitas does not allow you to work and receive money in Indonesia. You cannot sell goods or services.
• We can convert a visa into a Parent Kitas
• You can obtain this residence permit only if your child already has a Student Kitas.
• The validity period of your Kitas will be the same as the validity period of your child’s Kitas.
• If your child is no longer enrolled in the school that sponsors his kitas then you lose your residence permit.
• The Kitas is multi-entry. You can enter and exit the territory as you wish.
• If you exceed the validity date of your residence permit, the penalty is IDR 1 million per day per person
• Immigration reserves the right to change the regulations at any time
• We cannot start the OFFSHORE creation process if you are in Indonesia.

• You must break your Kitas with an EPO to be able to apply for another residence permit.

• 2 years: IDR 17,500,000 IDR

ONSHORE: Working time 20 days.

• 2 years: IDR 20,000,000 IDR

Exit Permit Only (EPO): IDR 1,000,000 (for KITAS cancellation)
