Student KITAS Onshore

The Student KITAS is aimed at those studying in Indonesia, from kindergarten to high school. The KITAS is valid for 5 years. Each year, the visa must be extended for one year. It is not necessary to leave the country to organize the annual extensions.

The Student Kitas is sponsored by the school or university which hosts the student during the school term. It allows you to enter and exit the territory as you wish.

Description

DOCUMENTS

  • Copy of passport (minimum validity of 18 months)
  • Copy of the last 3 bank statements with a minimum of 2000 USD (personal or parents)
  • Current visa (Onshore)
  • Birth certificate or family record book (in English)
  • ID photo
  • Personal insurance
  • Address in Indonesia and Letter of domiciliation (Surat Domicili) issued by the Banjar in your neighborhood (Only for the extension)

REKOM LETTER

  • Copy of passport (minimum validity of 18 months)
  • Last report card
  • Sworn declaration that the student will not work in Indonesia (with official stamp) (we have the letter)
  • Financial guarantee letter from parents or sponsor (with official stamp) – (we have the letter)
  • Parents/Sponsor Passport
  • Doctor’s health certificate
  • Address in Indonesia

PROCESS

  • Submit all above documents to our agency for verification.
  • Invoice and payment of the kitas
  • Submit to Jakarta for Rekom letter and e-visa.
  • Wait for the electronic visa to be published.
  • Once the e-visa is ready, we will send it to you via WhatsApp or email. You will need to present this document to immigration upon arrival at the airport.
  • When you arrive in Bali, you will need to drop off your passport and boarding pass at our agency. An immigration appointment will be scheduled a few days later for photos and fingerprinting. We will provide you with all the details of this appointment one day before.
  • Following this appointment, your passport will return to our agency 7 days later to be collected. During the first 30 days after your arrival, it is not possible to leave the territory to finalize the process.
  • The process is finished, the Kitas is valid for 12 months.

  • EXTENSION: Rp8,500,000

What is important to know

  • This visa is only available for academic reasons.
  • You must have a sponsor (either by a company or by ourselves) to obtain this visa.
  • It is not possible to do a 30 day extension, only 60 day extensions are allowed.
  • The C-2 is a single entry visa. If you leave the territory, the visa is canceled.
  • It is important to inform us of your departure from the territory or any travel so that we can anticipate extensions as much as possible.
